PHASE1999

  • Creation of the company by mellahavenir by Mr hicham Mellah
  • Who became the Director in the early 2000s. he focused on the distribution of unilever products
  • Starting the activity by signing contract with Unilever Maghreb in 2004

2007

  • The company signed a new contract with Kraft Foods and opened a new warehouse in Tangier of 300m2
  • modernization of the company on differents levels : renting a new form of deposit with central circulation, establishment of permanent
  • inventories, publishing catalogs, setting up delivery rounds … The activity took its essor.
  • Opening a second website in salé with a partnership with Kraft Foods.
  • The company tried to have new settlements on other cities.
  • Expanding the marketing produitskraft Foods by opening a warehouse in Marrakech and one in Agadir

September 2008

This phase wa characterized by looking for other partnership with other multinationales which gave a contrat signature with oils with SAVOLA Group.

March 2009

Focus on the business of distribution, development of efficient logistics, training development: Creating a second website (SAVOLA) Group in Marrakech. The company tripled the number of its establishments and its sales.

November2009:

Signing of a distribution agreement with MEDITEL. This combination will help cover a new side of the distribution and to Develop Services Provided to its customers, to share skills and have a unified policy.

September 2011:

Signed an exclusive distribution with Kool Food.
